Hello!
The recipe sounds wonderful, however, I’m a bit confused on the “rolling” part? How do you roll into 2 3inch logs. Do you use a cookie sheet and cut the “candy” in half? Sorry! Thanks for your understanding! Sherry

Hi Sherry,
I welcome questions about the recipes. No apology needed.
Use the wax paper to roll the candy up like a jelly roll log. Leave the wax paper on the log and refrigerate until firm. Remove wax paper. Note, I like to spray my wax paper with a cooking spray. The candy will be sticky, but that is half the fun of making this candy.
Blessings,
Betty

great ideas. I always follow your ideas and apply them.
Just one question though. Have you made writing this blog as your profession or do you do this in your spare time?
Just curious..

No My Country Kitchen is a hobby. I am a legal assistant by day, avid recipe collector by night.
I have published a cookbook of my family recipes, but the rest of the recipes go to my blog. I just love sharing recipes, tips and ideas!
