Hi Sherry,

I welcome questions about the recipes. No apology needed.

Use the wax paper to roll the candy up like a jelly roll log. Leave the wax paper on the log and refrigerate until firm. Remove wax paper. Note, I like to spray my wax paper with a cooking spray. The candy will be sticky, but that is half the fun of making this candy.

Hello!
The recipe sounds wonderful, however, I’m a bit confused on the “rolling” part? How do you roll into 2 3inch logs. Do you use a cookie sheet and cut the “candy” in half? Sorry! Thanks for your understanding! Sherry
